Monica da Silva's Album "Brasilissima"

"Brasilissima", is the all-original album by Brazilian/American singer/songwriter, Monica da Silva. Featuring songs in English and Portuguese, this work is a throwback to the Bossa Nova days of Astrud Gilberto, with plenty of modern elements and edge. The Album is a collaborative effort of Monica da Silva and Chad Alger.

da Silva's 1st single from the album "Aí Então" is featured on the Putumayo World Music compilation "Brazilian Beat". "That's Not The Way" was featured on ESPN during their coverage of the 2014 World Cup.
